Implementing cooperation on Future
Internet and ICT Components between
Europe and Latin America
RECIIF, the Colombian Technology Platform of Future Internet, has been launched.
It is a Collaborative Network for R&D&I in Future Internet in Colombia, a community that gathers representatives from Colombian Industry and Academia in order to foster and promote a consistent approach to R&D&I activities in Future Internet in Colombia.
During 2011, RECIIF will be developing key tasks for giving visibility to Colombia:
- Strategic Research Agenda (SRA) gathers a set of Colombian research and technological priorities in the medium and long-term.
- Implementation of the Strategic Research Agenda (Roadmap): to promote the identification of research themes in which future cooperation could be established between European and Latin American researchers.
- Presentation and possible participation of RECIIF in European events.
- Visibility of RECIIF leaders in the European Commission
